Abbey Carpet & Floor helped my husband pick out the carpet for our stairs. The stairs were all wooden and our older dog was having a hard time getting up and down; she was sliding on the wood. Marcus from Abbey Carpet helped us pick out a runner for the stairs, and they have come out several times. The stairs had just been redone, so we didn't want to ruin them by putting in too many staples. They installers were really good about that. I appreciated their being careful not to put too many staples in. However, the staples couldn't hold all of us going up and down the stairs, and they had to come out twice to re-attach the carpet. They were very patient. Finally, we decided that we aren't going to take the carpet off the stairs, so we just put in more staples to hold it properly. Throughout the process, they got back to us promptly, they were courteous, and they were able to accommodate our needs.
