Review content:
I began my journey with Kindred three weeks ago when I was transferred from Southeast Memorial Hospital for continued wound care treatments with IV antibiotics. I had heard about Kindred facilities prior to my admission, but never knew anyone personally that had been here... Upon my admission the nurse mentioned a little bit about the services I would be receiving. Nursing care has been great since day one! Kim, nursing supervisor, would check in on me frequently and always made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. CNA, Daisy, was always extremely kind, she is definitely a sweetheart, I love her and wish I could take her home with me! CNA, Renee, was always attentive, and gave me the best and most thorough baths during my stay. One day I was in a lot of pain, but each staff member (from the wound care team to the respiratory team) came in with a smile and asked me if I was okay, which made feel better. The wound care team were all so sweet, especially Becky. My wounds thoroughly cared for, and thus have made good progress in healing. I did require a pain shot prior to receiving wound care, but nursing staff was always attentive and great about getting it to me when needed. Overall Kindred exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me get well.
Thank you,
Mrs. Catherine Wranich
