I have a house in toluca lake and was worry sick about leasing it out to a stranger. I contacted Adel at Real property management after reading all good reviews in Yelp and I was very pleased from the initial meeting all the way until the selection of a very good tenant. I was on top of everything happening thru their owner portal I was even surprised to see the tenant lease uploaded in my portal the minute the lease was negotiated with the tenant. Then the process of receiving the money from the tenant and the transfer of the funds to our account was smooth and informative as every step in the process was clearly transparent. I would really recommend this company to any homeowner in search of a good property management.
