Paul said he would show up at a certain time. He didn't. When he did he smelled like he had been drinking. I was clear as to what I wanted done. He then brought in his "assistant" and the price doubled. I left him to do the project. When I returned, the project was not what I had asked for! There were "additional helpers" (relatives, friends?) that were there. I hired Paul, not Paul and an entourage. The work completed was not of good quality. He seems to always need an assistant, which doubles the price.
I had to hire a differenent person to undo what Paul and his Merry Men had done. In the end I spent close to 6 times the agreed upon amount in order to pay Paul, and his assistant and to hire someone to do the Job right!
I do not recommend Paul to anyone unless you want to pay his friends and relatives too!
