Review content:
Went here after running over a manhole cover to repair the rear assembly of my SUV. Travis did a great job of finding a reasonably priced assembly so the repair came in about 20% under budget. They fixed the car -- all work was on the back end. But the front end lurched when I applied the brakes. As the problem was unrelated to the collision, I took the car in to my regular mechanic who told me the front rotors and brake pads needed replacing, at a cost of $375. \r

I wanted RJ&G's opinion, & Travis agreed to look at the car. They told me the rotors did NOT need replacing, just machining and the brake pads were only at 50%, so they were fine. I get annoyed when mechanics fudge with me (maybe because I'm female.) So I asked the mechanic Mark to show me the rotors and he explained the process in a way that I felt he was being honest with me. They addressed the problem at no charge, machining the rotors although this was not related to the collision. Now the car handles beautifully. While there I learned that they do regular mechanical work too, not just body work. The fact that they were straight with me and extended the courtesy of repairing the front end at no charge made me feel I can trust them for future work, so I will return. And I highly recommend them.
