now, it's okay to give your opinion about the Staff, etc. @ All for Kids, but everyone has not had a good, jolly, and welcoming time at this Clinic, so please don't make it seem to be, what it's not! I have had several bad experiences with the Staff; front desk people especially. Dr. Byrum is an excellent Doctor and if it was not for him, I would not ever come to this Clinic. I am a African American and it has been my experience that, Caucasians are treated with more respect. I have some of the best insurance, a very good job, as well as my husband, and I am blessed. I have came into the Clinic and had to wait for well over an hour, because of the scheduling conflict with the Nurses (this was not my fault, but a lack of communication between the front desk and the Nurse). I waited and saw for myself, several families come in and out, while I continued to wait. Now, when I finally had enough of the waiting, I went to the front desk and was not recognized, until the Secretary (?) felt th
