Review content:
Called Leanhart Plumbing about 1st of July, 2010 to install a water heater. Had used them several times before with great satisfaction, however, this time was not at all satisfactory. They responded quickly, but the water heater they brought could not be used because mine is a horizontal vent. Their plumber checked with the office, and came back with a price to install the same brand I have and said it would be ordered and installed the following Wednesday. They did not show the following week, or the week after that. Never heard from them, so I called and was told the State water heater had not come in yet. I waited again a week or so. Heard nothing, so I wrote Scott Leanhart and asked him what was going on. Never got a response from the owner of the company!! I figure they must not need my business.........Do not understand their non-response, especially from the owner of the company.
