Review content:
Job: Remove 8 year old Ash, roots and grind stump so I could plant a new tree in same location \r

Work done: removed tree and took away, removed two out of three major roots that had surfaced and left majority of stump in ground. \r

Pros: True to estimate ($200) and did work quickly with a minimum of damage to surrounding area.\r
\r
Cons: They broke a sprinkler head, but worst of all because they left the majority of the stump, I could not plant a new tree in the remaining spot (which I indicated to them that I would do). Hired professionals to plant tree and they couldn't continue because of the large amount of stump left 4 inches from surface. \r

Other issues: Showed up an hour late. Advice: I would consider hiring them again, but I would be sure to be on site to watch their work. I watched them remotely from a USB camera via the Internet, but that doesn't allow me to inspect the site while they're working. \r

My resolution: I had to replant my tree in an offset location and didn't
