I went there because I had absolutely run out of options for my back pain. They promised they could help me. They told me to come in for a ""class"" where they would discuss general information with a group, then take us back individually. They even gave me a form that said I MUST bring someone with me. If I could NOT bring someone with me I MUST reschedule! I thought maybe there were some exercises that would require assistance. NO...they make you bring someone else so they can then take an xray of THEIR back for consultation. You MUST RESCHEDULE IF YOU CANNOT BRING ANOTHER POTENTIAL CLIENT.
Not to mention they encourage you to NOT use your insurance and give you a discount NOT to go through insurance. They also come up with a treatment plan that is INCREDIBLY expensive! but charge at least DOUBLE if you go through insurance!!
RIP OFF!!
I was devastated! I needed someone to help me and went to what I thought was a medical professional. Instead it was a professional scam!
PLEASE don't waste your time or money here!
