Review content:
I have been using them for years, even though they are much higher than everyone else in town. I took my truck over there to have some side rails installed, and they charged me $40.00(which I thought was a good deal) but when I got back home and looked at it, they didn't use ANY of the new parts. They literally unscrewed 2 bolts and used the old brackets on the truck which aren't compatable with the new ones. I called them the next day and asked them why they used the old parts and he said because it was easier. I told him it wasn't done the right way and I either wanted it corrected or taken off and my money given back. He told me to even touch it again, it would cost $60.00. I've been using Western Auto since 2005, but I will never step back in there again. They are much higher than anyone else in town and are very dishonest.
