This college serves as a great place to get started and offers many different programs of study. However, its staff would do well to take a big slice of humble pie. Most of the staff there is so caught up on their title that they forget that their purpose is to serve the students and help as much as possible. No one will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they ooze this "I'm better than you because I have this degree" mentality. I couldn't care less what degree Suzie has as long as she is qualified to advise me and point me in the right direction, minus the attitude. The faculty, for the most part, is leagues above the staff. My only complaint is the amount of instructors who expect students straight out of high school or students not familiar with their subject to immediately understand the material being taught. Many instructors will fill a student's head with knowledge, but make no effort to confirm that this knowledge is understood correctly.
