First of all let me say I don't write reviews normally, but bad experiences will do that. This company deserves no stars. I have used victory cab from my location several times and the rate has been the same each time....well today I got a new driver. First, the company gave him my room number, but the driver waited in the front while I was outside the whole time waiting in the back. I ALWAYS tell them my room is in the back because in the past they don't know where it is....\r

So when I get in the cab the meter was already at 2.75 And the driver said it was because after 5 mins they start the meter. I have no issue with that but he was waiting in the wrong place or I would have been there as I was. When we arrived to the destination I told him all I was paying was 10.00 because that's what I normally pay as I have used this company before!! He threatened to call the police and began to raise his voice at me.\r

I called the company and the guy who answered was very rude and said the driver has every right to cal the police. I work hard for my money and the extra 3 dollars is not the issue....the issue is how rude AMD unprofessional the driver and the company are. I was on the phone with my sister the whole time while it was happening so the call is recorded and how he was speaking to me. \r

Don't use this cab company because they are rude and dishonest. Victory cab will never get another dime from me...friends, family and whoever else will be notified and I hope they lose all their business. You can't treat people this way And expect your company to prosper. And you never know what people are capable of, so I advise the owner to hire more professional and qualified drivers...
