We were doing a full house remodeling, and we bought some plumbing fixtures from them and also went in their store and got a lot of help from their service people. We even went back and forth with spreadsheets on what we decided because there were a lot of different options to choose from, and they were very detailed. The parts came in on time, and we even had a water softening system that they held for us for a couple of months in their storage facility and delivered it when we needed it. They were very flexible with the holding of my delivery.
Their pricing is competitive and matches with their level of merchandise lined up. They have some good quality, high-end merchandise.
