For a brand-new hotel, and being a comfort inn, I would have expected them to have their act together. Rude front desk personnel, inconsiderate to my concerns. The room had a dirty bathroom (hairs around the toilet) and I spoke with the front desk about it and wanted a different room and was told that a maid would be sent to clean it...hello! If the bathroom was dirty, what else is dirty? I was denied my request to move to a new room. Stayed the night and left. I think we paid nearly a $100 for the room, in a small town like defuniak, that's a lot. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and new with great amenities, perhaps they're just having growing pains and need time to work out the kinks, but I wouldn't recommend them now, I'm sure there are better options in the area.
