Review content:
We had a old house which needed a new furnace and complete duct work done in the attic. After several quotes we went with G&G and are SO happy we did. It didn't come down to just total price (even though several quotes varied several thousand dollars) but many factors such as products, warrantees and how professional and through they were at explaining the process to us. We were very pleased with how Gary the owner went through everything with us, wasn't pushing a sale on us and answered all our questions in great detail. I cannot say the same for other nearby companies to which we had quotes done with.
Through the process the installers were VERY polite and professional. I am a stay at home mom with young children in the house and felt very comfortable with them working around the children. We felt safe leaving to do errands with them here. They were great with cleaning up and keeping things as quiet as possible. GREAT communication with their progress, any slight changes that needed to be make along the way with the install etc.
As for the "finished product".....love it! Couldn't be more happy with everything! HUGE investment and expense but so happy to have it done and SOO happy we went with G&G!
Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
