I decided to get an estimate from procraft because I saw they had good reviews online. \r
As soon as the sales man walked in the door I changed my mind.\r

He was pushy, and rude. He starting talking about how "we" needed to replace these windows NOW, so that we could see the energy bills go down. I have Double Pane alumn. windows and I know they need replacing but I DONT need it rubbed in my face.\r

I listened to this man talk for 3 hours, then I politely asked him to leave and that I would need to think about it and talk with my daughter. He got angry that I didn't tell the person on the phone that I would need to talk to my daughter and then lowered the price by $3,000 if i would sign today.\r

This is NOT what i was looking for. \r
If you are looking to buy windows from a rude, high pressure sales rep, then procraft is your company. \r
Otherwise I would try someone else.
