TERRIBLE! This place is not good and does not care about their tenants. If you make the mistake of renting from these folks be sure to get everything documented. If they promise you they will redo the floors, make sure its in your lease or it will not happen. Also be sure to do a very thorough walkthrough and mark everything on their sheet before you move in or else they will charge you for it when you move out. I would recommend taking photos of the house, be very thorough, before you move in to have some backup when they try to fault you for damages that existed before you moved in. SOLDIERS BEWARE!!!
