I recently MOVED OUT OF AN APARTMENT THAT WAS TAKEN OVER BY JWC FROM TEXAS HERITAGE AND I AM TOTALLY DISTURBED BY THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS. I AM BEING CHARGED A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR REPAIRS THAT FIRST I DONT FEEL I NEED TO BE CHARGED AND ALSO THE AMOUNT THEY ARE CHARGING ME IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! FOR CRAYON MARKINGS AND STICKERS ON MY 4 AND 5 YR OLDS WALL THAT I OVERLOOKED WHILE CLEANING THEY ARE STATING THAT THE WHOLE ROOM NEEDS TO BE PAINTED AND CHARGING ME $325 FOR IT! FOR RED MARKINGS (SMALL VERY UNVISIBLE MARKS) ONTHE TOP STAIRS WALL CHARGING ME $75 AND FOR MINI BLINDS $54 AND $25! I AM ALSO BEING CHARGED $198 FOR CLEANING! IT WAS A FOURPLEX THAT I LIVED IN AND THE NEIGHBOR WHO STILL LIVES THERE SAID THAT ONLY 2 MEN WENT TO FIX MINOR WEAR AND TEAR REPAIRS AND WERE ONLY THERE FOR 45 MIN TO AN HOUR. NO CLEANING SERVICE WENT IN THIS PLACE TO CLEAN NO PAINT THE APARTMENT. I MOVED OUT FEB 29TH AND JWC OCCUPIED THIS APARTMENT ON MARCH 15TH TO NEW TENANTS. I WENT TO THE APARTMENT AND
