I have determined that these reviews fall into two categories. Friends/Associates of Mr. Wright and tenants who have had a bad experience with the company. I am neither. I am a property owner who has contracted JWC to manage my property and has done business with them for approx 6 yrs. A few thoughts.\r \r This company is big and growing. They probably need to hire a few more property managers and in house maintenance guys. I have had trouble getting responses from their management section in the past, but have seen this get better. Their move-out inspections have ranged from terrible to very good. I lived in this house when I returned from deployment and was very unimpressed with the way it was returned to me and the damages noted. So all of you tenants who are complaining about lost security deposits, think of how I feel as a home owner who invests his money in a house only to have his management company NOT collect your security deposit for damages.
