If u are thinking of doing any kind of business with these people DON'T DO IT! This place is all about money, and LIES! Do not waste your time with this place. When you move out they will find anything they can to have you pay for it. They don't care about the properties they just rent them out and make money off of them!! Any residential or commercial property must be taken care of from both a physical and a tenant-relations standpoint, and that is what a property manager does. He maintains and upgrades facilities while acting as liaison between the two. BUT JWC does none of the above. If your a property manager you shouldn't rent out owners homes that don't have funds for repairs. Especially when the rent is paid on time EVERY MONTH.The manager is the biggest LIAR there! He will look you right in your face and lie like it's nothing. But if you get a chance to see this guy look at his teeth.... and if he don't take care of them, how can he take care of someone's property! Right now
