I would NOT recommend this company to anyone in the area unless they want extra stress in their lives. My husband is military which consist of us having to move around a lot. We decided to go with this company because someone had provided us some places in the area. They didn't know anything about these companies and in all honesty I wish I had done my research before getting involved. We rented a beautiful home from them for 2 years. Everytime I had to deal with these people it was a project. You put work orders in and wait 8 months even longer at times for stuff to get fixed. Than when you move out they give you a list of what needs to be completed before. I respected that even after them trying to screw me out of 2K for pet fees that they swear we didn't pay when we moved in. Now a month after being at our new duty station we get a letter stating we aren't going to get any of our security despoit back and that we owe them almost 800 dollars. We did not live like slobs or destroy the home. In fact we did our best to put the home back in the condition that we recieved it in. They tried charging me for things I had done or items that were that way before hand. I called to deal with these people and tell them that I would be more than willing to pay for what we rightfully owed but they still insist on charging me for items. And if you don't pay it...it will go to your credit report. It's unreal. Not only that you can only laugh everytime you go through the front door to their new building and see a sign stating they were rated number 1 for Customer Service....HA yeah right! I even feel sorry for recommending a friend to use them before we started having problems because they ended up having problems with them as well. This company doesn't care about it's customers or rating...they just feel that they can screw civilian and military families. I wasn't going to give them a rating but it wouldn't allow me to post this without it..so the one star is for the nice home we got through them...but I do truely feel sorry for any home owners who even have them managing your property.
