I have chosen to delete the positive review I posted elsewhere on the web. I used to go to this nursery for the owner Bob's advice, which is wonderful, and the plants, which can be interesting. Note: many of the plants are brought in from outside growers and they all have a non-returnable policy. BOOOO!!!\r
There once was a staffer named Colin who was also great to talk to but he is gone now. Having said that, there are 2 really immature staff members in their 40s whose behavior is CONSISTENTLY rude and just downright appalling, and unfortunately one happens to be one of the owner's sons and the other looks like an extra from Mad Max, parentage undetermined. That one is really arrogant! They both seem to think they can act and say whatever they want to a customer, no matter how obnoxious, and in any other company they would have been fired years ago--and indeed, with those attitudes, been hard pressed to find a job at all. This has been remarked upon by other reviewers also.\r
It is because of them I will not go back. I feel bad for the rest of the staff, having to work with these jerks. Better to keep on driving far down the road to Plants of the Southwest--a fantastic place for native on site grown plants well worth seeking out.
