Jesse was a great technician, he was professional, to the point and fixed the problem! We had a backed up sewer line due to tree roots clogging the pipe, not an issue that is pleasant to have lingering. When I called in to the Roto Rooter main number they said a technician would be available in just a few hours, he ended showing up in just under 2 hours which was very impressive, a much speedier response time than I expected. The service fee for the day seemed reasonable for the time, effort and dealing with the yuk factor. Thank you Jesse for a job well done!\r
(The estimate provided for handling the bigger issue at hand to clear the sewer line seems a bit steep but I will need to compare to another company before we commit.)
