This place is in a seedy area of Jacksonville. If you value your life you won't stay here. Let alone the place is rundown because of all the drifter-types that stay here. Sure the price is good, but isn't your life worth more? Had a friend to accidently get a room here about a year ago - I had them to hurry and check-out!
