11 years ago we had a 40-year-old flat roof replaced. August recommended adding a pitch to the roof, using foam blocks. Water now runs to the side instead of pooling. The excellent composite roofing that they applied lasted the 10 years it was supposed to, but showed a few bubbles. We just replaced it with a rubbery Latex product recommended by August and with a 20 year guarantee. I expect that we won't see August Roofing for a long long time. Only in this industry -- and perhaps funeral services -- is that a great thing!
