I've been in business for over 12 years but in the last 2 years got really down on my luck. I had to pick up 2 part time jobs to make due with my family. Eventually I was barely making it at all and I missed a few payments of my mortgage. I was really afraid of losing my home and decided to answer a call from Fair Program. I spoke to Darrel who was really kind and invited me in to meet witht he team.
They tried for a loan mod based on my income loss to avoid foreclosure. The proof was in the pudding because these guys actually came through and secured the loan mod at an incredible rate.
