Review content:
Got charged 175 for the evaluation of my geo and nothing improved. They had to call the makers of the unit and ask for advice which I could have done for free. After it still didn't work they said it was the loop system but they aren't qualified to work on them and recommended someone else to evaluate the loop which wasn't the problem. I called Michigan Energy Services and they fixed the problem and assessed the loop. Simple fix for them. All they had to do is adjust the settings which were incorrectly done. I called Konieczka back and all they said is that they checked with the geo unit company and they were sorry they couldn't help me. So, as far as getting a geothermal unit checked DO NOT go with Konieczka. First, they cant evaluate the loop and second they don't know much about them.
