SCOTTSDALE AIR responded to my needs in a very timely manner. From my initial call when I spoke to a very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable woman who understood my problem and knew what I needed to fix it. The overflow pan in my return air vent had "rusted" through and poured water (gallons) all over my kitchen floor, which is engineered wood; needless to say, this just added more stress to what had already been a stressful day, but SCOTTSDALE AIR ordered me a new pan and sent two installers out to replace it, which was not an easy task, as they have to remove the blower fans, etc., but the two gentlemen they sent out to replace the fan were very efficient and professional. Since SCOTTSDALE AIR replaced my pan, I've not had anymore issues with water, even after the most recent storm we had a few days ago. All in all, they were great!
