You will regret it if you rent an apartment from them! I do not usually write a comment but I think I have to share my experience in this case!I filled out the move-in inspection in details but now that I moved out they charged me for all of those, even after sending a copy of my inspection they claimed that they had fixed those issues. \r
They use some third parties to clean the apartment and steam clean the carpet and the price that they charge is unreasonable!! 120$ for steam cleaning a one bedroom apartment(very very tiny one). 99$ for cleaning the unit that was already cleaned. I spent so much time cleaning it to avoid this charge but apparently they do not care, they just want not to refund your security deposit. In short Advantage property management is the worst. Before experiencing it myself, it was hard for me to believe all those negative comments because I haven't had any problem with other properties! But they are all TRUE!
