Out of the 12 vehicle purchases we made in the past, Colonial Auto Mart was THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!! We live 2 hours away so I was reluctant to inquire on a GMC Acadia that I found on Autotrader. Surprisingly, there was a phone number included on the post that I could text to get more information. Since it was so late on Saturday afternoon when I sent the text I never anticipated Cyndi would respond so quickly. She told me they close at 4 but if we wanted to see it to come on up she would wait for us. We packed up our 2 teenage kids and drove to Indiana. We pulled into the dealership, we were greeted by Cyndi, she had my 2 teenagers laughing in the first 2 minutes ( now I was really impressed). She made us feel at ease throughout the whole buying process. We kicked back in her office for awhile. There was no haggling, the vehicle was priced right.
