Businiess name:  China Bowl Chinese Restaurant

Review content:
I admit that China Bowl doesn't look too impressive, but the food is some of the best I've had in Mojave. Chinese by real Chinese folks. We ordered off the menu and it was all very good. They made it all fresh for us. The egg rolls are really spring rolls with a meat/veggie filling -- delicious. The hot and sour soup is chocked full of tofu and pork -- yum! In two visits, we have tried the shrimp egg foo yeung, garlic chicken, mongolian beef and the veggie chow mein with soft noodles. All very good. All the meat was tender and not too much fat. One disappointment were the potstickers -- they gave us fried wontons (like what you'd see in the soup). But we may have caught them off guard. We haven't tried the buffet. It seems very popular. The buffet is 3.95 for takeout -- cheapest meal in Mojave, barring AM/PM hot dogs. The proprietess is very nice and the service both times has been good. Pros: Alternative to fast food. Cheap. Egg rolls realllly good! Cons: Building is older, kind of run down. Chilly dining room in winter.
