Very dissatisfied. I paid $89 twice to get this company out for an estimate. They told me they could have it done by June and I did not even get an estimate until mid July! The inspector who came to give the estimate was unprofessional, came with his girlfriend, left muddy footprints, and spent about 5 minutes looking at the fireplace before taking the money and leaving. After pestering for an estimate for weeks, I was told it would be $5000 excluding the cost of the fireplace, and that they were likely to go over that estimate. I called a different contractor and had it done in a week for $3800. Use someone else!
