So far, Budget Transmission Center has been excellent. I have recommended them to friends already. First of all, they are affordable and every time that I have a question, they can answer with specifics about what they need, what's happening and what parts need to be changed and why in the vehicle. So far, I have never had a complain about anything that they have done. They also provide transportation while they are working on the car. If you need a ride back to your house or to come back to the shop, they take you there. This is the only mechanic that I have used that did that, usually they let you figure it out for yourself. So, that's a very nice touch. If I ever need to, I would definitely use them again. So far, I'm satisfied with the service and I don't have one single complain.
