Melissa told me on two different occasions when I went to the Brevard, NC pharmacy that SHE felt like it was in MY best interest not to refill my prescriptions at the time I presented them to her! My doctor oked it, my insurance company oked it, but MELISSA refused!! The second time she did this, I told her "I" was not HER business and she had no right to judge me or refuse me my medicine and I would NOT be returning to that store EVER!!! My husband and I are retired and live just up the street from this pharmacy so it is very convienent for us But you can bet we will drive the extra mile to go to CVS from now on!
