Review content:
On 5/5/12 we had to stay overnight in Charlotte due to a flight change. From the time that Shawn picked us up at the airport in the shuttle our experience was awesome. Shawn was very friendly and customer focused - a very personable guy who told us the amenities at the hotel and things to do around the area. Definitely not the awkward silence that most shuttle drivers seem to do. Checking in at the front desk was swift and once again very customer focused. The lobby was very nice. But I have to say, the room was amazing. The bed was wonderful. I wanted to bring it home with me. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who has to stay in Charlotte. The aggravation from the flight change was lessened because of staying here.
