Staff are usually pretty nice. I have a good amount of friends that work there. The only thing I can really say is if you need a cable or something that you would think should be like 4 or 5 dollars, get it online instead and save the $40 they will charge you. For instance, a 7 foot HDMI cable that would cost you $29.99 costs 4.99 on newegg.com. Some staff also really try to push products that the best buy insider they get tells them about or they pass off a few bad tidbits of knowledge here and there. I've chuckled a few times when I've passed by some of the geek squad or computer employees telling someone that they can't do something on their computer without this wiz bam boom contraption when it was totally the opposite.
