Big Mike and Joe Y. were very prompt in arriving for our duct cleaning appointment. Joe reviewed the entire procedure with me, showing me where cuts and holes would be made, how in sequence they would proceed with the work, and approximately how long the cleaning would take. Both men worked efficiently and effectively and completed all tasks on time. Both men were cordial and professional, willing to answer any questions I had. Before-and-after pictures were shown. We were pleased with the work done.
