I'd have to admit to the person who wrote the other review. This place is a disaster!! Management changes like nothing and no one is on the same page. Always blaming something on someone else no your the manager now I DON"T CARE HOW LONG YOU"VE DONE THIS, however I do care that I was lied to and told the same thing. We are a 100% occupied but when I had a friend visit it was shown. Ridiculous! The water is thru their own company and they charge for pest control ect and there are wasps everywhere, dog feces and its just horrible! The tanning bed is broken and the workout equipement is broken as well! They will nickle and dime you for everything then when your lease is up for renewal raise it $200 a month and try and tell you now they are doing the upgrades. Yeah I want to continue to live here when you promised x i recieved y and now you want me to pay for them again at a higher rate and live in construction. RUN FAST! Great school zone but HORRIBLE PLACE!
