Had to have a windshield replaced on my Ford Focus from a crack, which expanded from a chip that I couldn't see because of the window-mount for my cell phone. Scheduled an appointment online (which was super easy) and went to this service center. I have one word for the experience: TERRIFIC! The staff are very courteous and helpful. When I arrived they quickly oriented me to the waiting area which - unlike many - was spacious, clean, well lit and had actual tables and chairs. Once they had my car in the shop, the service tech (Jaime) came and took me out to the shop, detailing everything they would be doing with my car. Like the waiting area, the shop was clean, spacious and well lit, which is not typical, from my experience. It took about an hour and a half (which is exactly what they forecasted) to replace the entire windshield, clean all of my windows inside and out and vacuum the entire car. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was (under $250), which was half what I expected. (Seems like you can't have auto repairs done for under $500 anymore.) I cannot say enough good about the staff and experience of Safelite at this location. I don't know if all Safelites are this well staffed and managed but, if they are, they are the best kept secret in the auto world!! Wish they did more in the way of auto repair, as I would use them for EVERYTHING!
