We were dealt with quickly. The service professionals gave us a wide range of options to resolve our furnace difficulty and were very forthcoming and informative in helping us come to the best solution. Of course, they praised the benefits of more expensive solutions, but they also gave us all we needed to know to make a more economical choice that better fitted our needs.
