I had my truck in for a oil change and to look into a problem I have been having with my instrument lights. I have a few complaint regarding this visit. 1.)This was my second time to the service center for the lighting issue. I specifically described the problem to that staff but because they were not able to reproduce the issue, it was not pursued any further(again!). I would have appreciated if troubleshooting would have occurred but because no effort was made to fix the problem, I am forced to make another appointment. 2.) I checked the oil the morning after the appointment and the oil level was 1+ quarts high on the dipstick. I know this because I had to drain a quart out to achieve the correct level on the dipstick. 3.) My coolant level was well below the minimum level but I had to discover this on my own(not something I expected to worry about on a new truck). It clearly states on the sale receipt that all fluids were checked(obviously this was not the case). The coolant reservoir is in the front of the engine and obvious to anyone opening the hood.
