Staff has been very friendly. The owners are privatized. Landscaping and Maintenance of Buildings (upkeep) is state of the art; There is no gym but there is multiple playgyms for kids and 1 pool/ sun deck, they except one pet per apartment, the physical space of the apartments are large (2 bedroom 1 bath is 1000 sq feet); it is the cheapest price in the area that is a safe place to live that performs background checks on every person living in the complex. Each Unit has its own private exterior entrance and patio or balcony depending on 1st or 2nd floor; there is a laundry room by the office and each unit also has washer and dryer connections to bring your own or rent from them. THEY ARE NOT LOW INCOME APARTMENTS - Not sure where that review came from above.
