Review content:
We checked in late Thursday evening around 7 or so. The young man at the front desk was very polite,nice,funny and had our paperwork ready to go before we got there. We stayed until Sunday morning around 9:30am. I grew up in a tourist town and know the ins and outs of the tourist industry. I can honestly say that your staff had the best customer experience I have ever experience in quite some time. A young lady was working the front desk Friday afternoon around 2:30 when we left to go to the viewing and she asked us what brought us to town. We told her it was a funeral. It was so nice that she asked. When we got back later that night, she remembered and asked us how everything went and asked if we needed anything. From the gentleman that checked us in, to the guys clearing the sidewalks, to the ladies cleaning and the maintenance crew that worked on our TV and beyond, we were again and again touched with excellent customer service. This was the common occurrence throughout our weekend stay at your hotel. I just wanted to commend you and your staff on job well done and thank each and every one of you making sure we felt comfortable and well cared for during our stay! BRAVO!!!!
