we live in a small town over 150 mile from this business , we need anchors and tie down straps for or shipping container so we called first to see if they carry these items we were told they did , when we got there we were told they have to special order the straps from another source and that we would have to order and drive back the next week , we hated to but we needed the parts so we ordered over $150 worth of straps and anchors, we came back the following week to pick up the 3 rolls of strap at 1 1/4' W x 37' long each ,we installed the two rolls one at each end and proceeded to install the 3rd roll in the middle only to find out is was too short , we called the business to get credit card reimbursed for the defective roll only to be accused of lying and that we would have to bring back the defective roll ,then they would have to send back to factory ,then we would have to come back in another week to pick up a new roll ... that's 4 -150 mile round trips !!..we ended up finding a company online that sells the same strap so we ordered that off the internet with $8 shipping .... this business cares nothing about good customer service only the almighty dollar ...buyer beware if you order strap you better measure it before you leave .
