Review content:
We were satisfied with the work when it was done in 2008. However, now there is an issue with some flashing that is causing a leak (roof is 8 years old and still under warranty) We have been calling them since February, spoke to Kelly. She asked that we send them the original contract and warranty, which we did. We have called numerous times, left numerous messages, and have not received a response, we cannot even get someone to schedule an inspection. We are ready to go to the BBB to file a complaint and get legal assistance to.
