I have had 2 experiences with this business in the last week and they were both positive. The first time the recoil rope for our Echo Hedge Trimmer broke while we pruning the ivy fence - I first called Hitchcock's and it was going to be a week turn around and $35, I called Gardenland and the first question was "did you buy it here" and their service dept was to busy to give me a quote on the cost and lead time. So I see Gary's listing in the YP and give him a call and he quotes me $25 and I drop it off that afternoon and I get a call back the following morning that it is done. That was great now my guy can finish the pruning.\r \r My second experience was this morning when my boss asked me to have his chain saw repaired as there seemed to be an issue with the starter rope not fully retracting. I brought it over to Gary and he said that it might need a new spring, about 4 hrs later I get a call that it was done and that it was "gunked" up with debris and that was the reason it was not ful
