Wow. Gary must have been having a rough day today. I have a cheap electric leaf blower that arrived to me from Greenworks dead on arrival (DOA). I called Greenworks, who gave me "Gary's Small Engine Repair" as the closet place to take my DOA blower. I called and talked to someone there (presumably Gary since the place seems to be a sole proprietorship) and explained the issue. He told me to bring it on down and he would look at it. All Greenworks wanted was for Gary's to say that yes, in fact, the blower is dead. Then, Greenworks would just send me a new blower (they didn't even expect the old one back). \r

So then, imagine my surprise when I arrived and Gary didn't remember ever talking to me, told me he didn't have any connection with Greenworks, and couldn't help me. Period. One would have expected that he might have said, "Gee, I'm sorry you had to make the trip down here", or, "If you have the Greenworks phone #, I'll call them and ask them to remove my name from their list", or
