Lagana's has been to our house twice now - once to fix a hot water heater that another company charged us $175.00 to NOT fix (AND charged us a "just to show up" fee and insisted on payment before the person left), and once to repair a leaking toilet. I am very pleased with their work and their fees. They don't charge to just appear in our driveway, they bill after the fact. They gave me a very clear estimate of the work involved with the toilet. I plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on.
