I called Root-Rooter on at 11 o'clock Monday morning, March 21, 2015. Within an hour, they sent Vladimir #1782 to my home on Miami Beach.\r
(this was not an emergency call). A houseguest of mine put a lot of paper towels down the toilet and had apparently been doing this for a couple of weeks! This resulted in the downstairs toilet not flushing correctly. Vladimir was very pleasant and professional. He used a snake going through the clean-out. He went down about 75 feet through the sewer line to clear it out. The bill was $320.00. I had a coupon for $40.00 off of that price. The job was a success and everything works fine again. Thank you very much Vladimir!
