Completely satisfied with every aspect of purchasing the Bruno stairlift from Pacific Mobility. Gary the Sales Rep. who came to our home spent a lot of time going over everything and all our options. He made it easy to decide which product was right for us. The lift was installed just a couple of days later by the nicest young man. It was up and running in less than 3 hours. That evening one of the chairs started beeping so the next morning I called the office and that same afternoon someone came out and adjusted something and now it's working perfectly. Very good company to work with and would recommend them to everyone. So happy with our new Bruno stairlift. It's a quality product and runs so smooth and very quiet. This has made my husbands quality of life so much better. Wish we had done it sooner but glad it's done now.
